Las medidas de salud p\u00fablica, como el distanciamiento social, son necesarias para reducir la propagaci\u00f3n del COVID-19; sin embargo, esto ha aumentado el estr\u00e9s y la ansiedad.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ante esto, la Direcci\u00f3n de Salud Ixtapaluca preocupado por la salud mental del estudiantado ixtapaluquense, a trav\u00e9s de la plataforma zoom y en coordinaci\u00f3n con la Direcci\u00f3n de Educaci\u00f3n, realiz\u00f3 una pl\u00e1tica virtual con alumnas y alumnos de nivel medio superior con el tema \u201cAlimentos que ayudan a disminuir el estr\u00e9s\u201d.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La psic\u00f3loga Jennifer Ben\u00edtez Minero, ponente principal de estos temas, explic\u00f3 cu\u00e1les son los s\u00edntomas, c\u00f3mo los pueden expresar, de qu\u00e9 forma deben hablar con sus padres, y fundamentalmente la alimentaci\u00f3n que deben de llevar durante esta crisis sanitaria, la cual los ayudar\u00e1 a mantenerse sanos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Algunos estudiantes, expresaron sus inquietudes e interactuaron con las psic\u00f3logas que impartieron dicha pl\u00e1tica, por lo cual Ben\u00edtez Minero les brind\u00f3 los n\u00fameros y redes sociales del Centro Integral de Salud Mental (CISAME) adem\u00e1s del n\u00famero de la Direcci\u00f3n de Salud 55-59721472.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ixtapaluca, Estado de M\u00e9xico.- A causa del confinamiento provocado por el virus Covid-19, los problemas<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":11008,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"footnotes":""},"categories":[1],"tags":[6],"class_list":["post-11007","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-municipales","tag-ixtapaluca"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v25.3 -
