{"id":11157,"date":"2021-05-05T15:31:35","date_gmt":"2021-05-05T21:31:35","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/volcanes.net\/?p=11157"},"modified":"2021-05-05T15:31:35","modified_gmt":"2021-05-05T21:31:35","slug":"inician-proceso-legal-contra-cuatro-sujetos-por-robo-a-casa-habitacion","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/volcanes.net\/?p=11157","title":{"rendered":"Inician proceso legal contra cuatro sujetos por robo a casa habitaci\u00f3n"},"content":{"rendered":"<div style=\"margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px;\" class=\"sharethis-inline-share-buttons\" ><\/div><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ixtapaluca, Estado de M\u00e9xico.-\u00a0El Agente del Ministerio P\u00fablico de la Fiscal\u00eda Regional de Amecameca de esta Fiscal\u00eda General de Justicia del Estado de M\u00e9xico (FGJEM) acredit\u00f3 la probable participaci\u00f3n de Ricardo \u201cN\u201d, Miguel \u00c1ngel \u201cN\u201d, Marco Antonio \u201cN\u201d y Erick \u201cN\u201d, en el delito de robo a casa habitaci\u00f3n con violencia, il\u00edcito por el que un Juez determin\u00f3 vincularlos a proceso.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Los hechos que se les imputan a estos individuos se registraron hace unos d\u00edas cuando se introdujeron a un domicilio situado en la calle Cerrada Zaragoza, de la colonia Santa Cruz Tlapacoya, de donde al parecer sustrajeron dinero, tel\u00e9fonos celulares, carteras con identificaciones y otros objetos de valor.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Cabe mencionar que al momento en que pretend\u00edan huir, los probables asaltantes habr\u00edan realizado detonaciones con arma de fuego, en contra de los ocupantes de un veh\u00edculo que se estacion\u00f3 frente al domicilio referido. Luego abordaron un autom\u00f3vil de la marca Volkswagen, tipo Derby, en el que huyeron.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0Derivado de lo anterior, elementos de Seguridad P\u00fablica de esa municipalidad implementaron un operativo en la zona, lo que permiti\u00f3 la detenci\u00f3n de los investigados.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Tras su detenci\u00f3n, estos sujetos fueron presentados ante el Agente del Ministerio P\u00fablico quien inici\u00f3 la carpeta de investigaci\u00f3n respectiva por este robo a casa habitaci\u00f3n y luego fueron ingresados al Centro Penitenciario y de Reinserci\u00f3n Social de la zona, donde la Autoridad Judicial determin\u00f3 iniciar un proceso legal en su contra, con una medida cautelar de prisi\u00f3n preventiva, adem\u00e1s estableci\u00f3 un plazo de tres meses para el cierre de la investigaci\u00f3n complementaria.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A estos individuos se les debe considerar inocentes hasta que sea dictada una sentencia condenatoria en su contra.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ixtapaluca, Estado de M\u00e9xico.-\u00a0El Agente del Ministerio P\u00fablico de la Fiscal\u00eda Regional de Amecameca de<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":11158,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"footnotes":""},"categories":[1],"tags":[6],"class_list":["post-11157","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-municipales","tag-ixtapaluca"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v25.3 -
