{"id":1414,"date":"2018-02-23T14:34:18","date_gmt":"2018-02-23T14:34:18","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/volcanes.net\/?p=1414"},"modified":"2018-02-23T14:34:18","modified_gmt":"2018-02-23T14:34:18","slug":"ingresan-al-penal-de-cuautitlan-a-sujeto-investigado-por-la-agresion-que-sufrio-francisco-rojas-san-roman","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/volcanes.net\/?p=1414","title":{"rendered":"Ingresan al Penal de Cuautitl\u00e1n a sujeto investigado por la agresi\u00f3n que sufri\u00f3 Francisco Rojas San Rom\u00e1n"},"content":{"rendered":"<div style=\"margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px;\" class=\"sharethis-inline-share-buttons\" ><\/div><p>Luego de que este mi\u00e9rcoles 21 de febrero Sergio \u201cN\u201d fue presentado ante el Agente del Ministerio P\u00fablico de la Fiscal\u00eda General de Justicia del Estado de M\u00e9xico (FGJEM), para rendir su declaraci\u00f3n en torno a la agresi\u00f3n de la que fue objeto Francisco Rojas San Rom\u00e1n, en el municipio de Cuautitl\u00e1n Izcalli, el pasado 3 de febrero, esta Instituci\u00f3n solicit\u00f3 a la Autoridad Judicial que girara una orden de aprehensi\u00f3n en contra de este sujeto por el delito de homicidio.<\/p>\n<p>Derivado de las pruebas presentadas por el Representante Social, un Juez otorg\u00f3 el mandato judicial, mismo que\u00a0\u00a0elementos de la FGJEM cumplimentaron en contra de Sergio \u201cN\u201d, quien fue ingresado al Centro Penitenciario y de Reinserci\u00f3n Social de Cuautitl\u00e1n.<\/p>\n<p>Los hechos por los que es investigado ocurrieron en la colonia San Lorenzo R\u00edo Tenco, en el municipio de Cuautitl\u00e1n Izcalli, minutos antes de la medianoche del 3 de febrero. Ese d\u00eda la v\u00edctima y uno de sus familiares recibieron disparos de arma de fuego y fueron trasladados a un hospital para su atenci\u00f3n m\u00e9dica; posteriormente fallecieron a consecuencia de las heridas que presentaban.<\/p>\n<p>Tras registrarse este il\u00edcito, Agentes de la FGJEM realizaron diversas diligencias para identificar y detener a los probables agresores, adem\u00e1s fue emitido un acuerdo de una recompensa de hasta 500 mil pesos a quien aportara datos para la identificaci\u00f3n de dos personas, que podr\u00edan estar relacionadas con estos hechos.<\/p>\n<p>A Sergio \u201cN\u201d se le presume inocente hasta que sea dictada una sentencia condenatoria en su contra por la Autoridad Judicial.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Luego de que este mi\u00e9rcoles 21 de febrero Sergio \u201cN\u201d fue presentado ante el Agente<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":1415,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"footnotes":""},"categories":[1],"tags":[85],"class_list":["post-1414","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-municipales","tag-izcalli"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v25.3 -
