{"id":1695,"date":"2018-03-05T03:05:30","date_gmt":"2018-03-05T03:05:30","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/volcanes.net\/?p=1695"},"modified":"2018-03-05T03:05:30","modified_gmt":"2018-03-05T03:05:30","slug":"detiene-fiscalia-estatal-a-cuatro-personas-investigadas-por-extorsionar-a-locatarios-de-un-mercado-del-municipio-de-la-paz","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/volcanes.net\/?p=1695","title":{"rendered":"DETIENE FISCAL\u00cdA ESTATAL A CUATRO PERSONAS INVESTIGADAS POR EXTORSIONAR A LOCATARIOS DE UN MERCADO DEL MUNICIPIO DE LA PAZ"},"content":{"rendered":"<div style=\"margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px;\" class=\"sharethis-inline-share-buttons\" ><\/div><ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><em>Uno de los detenidos se identific\u00f3 como elemento de la Polic\u00eda Auxiliar de la Ciudad de M\u00e9xico.<\/em><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><em>Fueron vinculados a proceso por el delito de extorsi\u00f3n y se encuentran internos en el Centro Penitenciario y de Reinserci\u00f3n Social de Nezahualc\u00f3yotl.<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\"><strong>Toluca, M\u00e9xico, 04 de marzo de 2018.-<\/strong>\u00a0Derivado de un operativo realizado en el Circuito Exterior Mexiquense, en la Avenida Texcoco, Agentes de Investigaci\u00f3n de la Fiscal\u00eda General de Justicia del Estado de M\u00e9xico (FGJEM), llevaron a cabo la detenci\u00f3n de cuatro personas, quienes son investigadas por su probable participaci\u00f3n en el delito de extorsi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Se trata de Marvin \u201cN\u201d, de 27 a\u00f1os de edad; Cristy \u201cN\u201d, de 28 a\u00f1os; Marco Antonio \u201cN\u201d, de 38 a\u00f1os, y Gerardo \u201cN\u201d, de 37 a\u00f1os, este \u00faltimo quien se identific\u00f3 como elemento de la Polic\u00eda Auxiliar de la Ciudad de M\u00e9xico, y a quienes se les investiga por extorsionar a locatarios de un mercado en el municipio de La Paz.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0De acuerdo con las investigaciones realizadas por personal de la Fiscal\u00eda estatal se pudo establecer que a mediados del pasado mes de febrero, las v\u00edctimas, locatarios de un mercado localizado en la colonia El Salado, comenzaron a recibir mensajes de texto y llamadas intimidatorias, mediante las cu\u00e1les les exig\u00edan dinero a cambio de no lastimar a su familia, ni causar da\u00f1os en sus negocios comerciales.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0A ra\u00edz de las constantes amenazas que recibieron las v\u00edctimas acudieron ante el Agente del Ministerio P\u00fablico para realizar la denuncia correspondiente, por ello Agentes de la Polic\u00eda de Investigaci\u00f3n de la Fiscal\u00eda Regional de Nezahualc\u00f3yotl llevaron a cabo diversas diligencias para identificar y detener a los probables extorsionadores.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Derivado de las indagatorias, fue desplegada una movilizaci\u00f3n en el Circuito Exterior Mexiquense, a la altura de la Avenida Texcoco, en donde fueron detenidas estas cuatro personas. Al momento del operativo estos individuos llevaban varios tel\u00e9fonos celulares, y chips de tel\u00e9fonos, los cuales al parecer utilizaban para llevar a cabo las extorsiones.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Estos individuos fueron presentados ante el Agente del Ministerio P\u00fablico, quien inici\u00f3 la carpeta de investigaci\u00f3n, y luego los remiti\u00f3 ante un Juez en el Centro Penitenciario y de Reinserci\u00f3n Social de Nezahualc\u00f3yotl, autoridad que los vincul\u00f3 a proceso, con un plazo de dos meses para el cierre de investigaci\u00f3n, sin embargo se les presume inocentes hasta que sea dictada una sentencia condenatoria en su contra.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0La Fiscal\u00eda General de Justicia estatal hace un llamado a la ciudadan\u00eda para que en caso de que reconozca a estos sujetos como probables part\u00edcipes de alg\u00fan otro il\u00edcito, sean denunciados a trav\u00e9s del correo electr\u00f3nico\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:cerotolerancia@edomex.gob.mx\">cerotolerancia@edomex.gob.mx<\/a>, al n\u00famero telef\u00f3nico 01 800 7028770, o bien, por medio de la aplicaci\u00f3n FGJEdomex, la cual est\u00e1 disponible de manera gratuita para todos los tel\u00e9fonos inteligentes de los sistemas iOS y Android.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Uno de los detenidos se identific\u00f3 como elemento de la Polic\u00eda Auxiliar de la Ciudad<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":1696,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"footnotes":""},"categories":[1],"tags":[90],"class_list":["post-1695","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-municipales","tag-la-paz"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v25.3 -
