Considerado como un ej\u00e9rcito de especialistas, los mil 849 T\u00e9cnicos en Atenci\u00f3n Primaria a la Salud (TAPS) del Instituto de Salud del Estado de M\u00e9xico (ISEM), refrendan su compromiso con la prevenci\u00f3n, promoci\u00f3n y atenci\u00f3n de las familias mexiquenses que habitan en comunidades bajo condiciones de vulnerabilidad en las 19 jurisdicciones.<\/p>\n

Este equipo de trabajo, que se integra en su mayor\u00eda por personal de enfermer\u00eda, representa el primer contacto del personal de salud con la poblaci\u00f3n, y ayuda a garantizar la permanente asistencia sanitaria y prestaci\u00f3n de servicios m\u00e9dicos.<\/p>\n

Los TAPS recorren diariamente las comunidades del Estado de M\u00e9xico con el objetivo de coadyuvar en el diagn\u00f3stico, tratamiento y control de enfermedades como diarreas, infecciones respiratorias agudas, deshidrataci\u00f3n, parasitosis intestinal y dengue.<\/p>\n

En beneficio de la ni\u00f1ez, los T\u00e9cnicos en Atenci\u00f3n Primaria a la Salud tienen como labor completar los esquemas de vacunaci\u00f3n, operar programas para prevenir la desnutrici\u00f3n y dar seguimiento al crecimiento y desarrollo de los infantes. Tambi\u00e9n proporcionan atenci\u00f3n materno-infantil y de planificaci\u00f3n familiar; destaca su importante labor de vigilar y controlar embarazos, atender partos de bajo riesgo, detectar y referir partos de mediano y alto riesgo, dar seguimiento y control del puerperio, as\u00ed como aplicar m\u00e9todos temporales de planificaci\u00f3n familiar.<\/p>\n

El ISEM reconoce sus aportaciones a favor del bienestar de las familias mexiquenses, ya que tambi\u00e9n brindan primeros auxilios y participan en la organizaci\u00f3n y atenci\u00f3n a la comunidad en caso de siniestros o desastres, as\u00ed como en el control de casos de brotes y epidemias.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
