{"id":2152,"date":"2018-08-23T02:55:34","date_gmt":"2018-08-23T02:55:34","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/volcanes.net\/?p=2152"},"modified":"2018-08-23T02:55:34","modified_gmt":"2018-08-23T02:55:34","slug":"detiene-fiscalia-estatal-a-dos-sujetos-investigados-por-el-delito-de-cohecho","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/volcanes.net\/?p=2152","title":{"rendered":"Detiene fiscal\u00eda estatal a dos sujetos investigados por el delito de cohecho"},"content":{"rendered":"<div style=\"margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px;\" class=\"sharethis-inline-share-buttons\" ><\/div><ul>\n<li><em>Los detenidos se <\/em><em>desempe\u00f1an como verificadores notificadores del \u00e1rea de normatividad del Ayuntamiento de Naucalpan y habr\u00edan exigido dinero al apoderado legal de una empresa a cambio de no clausurarla ante la supuesta falta de licencia de funcionamiento.<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Naucalpan, M\u00e9xico, 22 de agosto de 2018.- <\/strong>Agentes de Investigaci\u00f3n de la Fiscal\u00eda General de Justicia del Estado de M\u00e9xico (FGJEM) llevaron a cabo la detenci\u00f3n de dos sujetos, quienes se desempe\u00f1an como verificadores notificadores del \u00e1rea de normatividad del Ayuntamiento de Naucalpan, y son investigados por el delito de cohecho.<\/p>\n<p>Los detenidos identificados como Pedro Alberto \u201cN\u201d, y Jonathan Gonzalo \u201cN\u201d, fueron asegurados en la colonia Parque Industrial Naucalpan, en el municipio de Naucalpan, luego de que al parecer recibieron dinero que previamente hab\u00edan solicitado al apoderado legal de una empresa.<\/p>\n<p>Ambos fueron detenidos por personal de la Fiscal\u00eda Especializada en Combate a la Corrupci\u00f3n, a petici\u00f3n de la v\u00edctima, quien asegur\u00f3 que estos individuos le hab\u00edan exigido la entrega de 6 mil pesos a cambio de no hacer una revisi\u00f3n a dicha empresa y no clausurarla ante la supuesta falta de licencia de funcionamiento.<\/p>\n<p>Pedro Alberto \u201cN\u201d, y Jonathan Gonzalo \u201cN\u201d, fueron presentados ante el Agente del Ministerio P\u00fablico, quien inici\u00f3 la carpeta de investigaci\u00f3n respectiva por el delito de cohecho y habr\u00e1 de determinar su situaci\u00f3n legal, sin embargo se les debe considerar inocentes hasta que sea dictada una sentencia condenatoria en su contra.<\/p>\n<p>La Fiscal\u00eda General de Justicia estatal hace un llamado a la ciudadan\u00eda para que en caso de que reconozca a estos sujetos como probables participes de alg\u00fan otro delito, sean denunciados a trav\u00e9s del correo electr\u00f3nico certolerancia@edomex.gob.mx, al n\u00famero telef\u00f3nico 01 800 7028770, o bien, por medio de la aplicaci\u00f3n FGJEdomex, la cual est\u00e1 disponible de manera gratuita para todos los tel\u00e9fonos inteligentes de los sistemas iOS y Android.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Los detenidos se desempe\u00f1an como verificadores notificadores del \u00e1rea de normatividad del Ayuntamiento de Naucalpan<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":2153,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"footnotes":""},"categories":[1],"tags":[75],"class_list":["post-2152","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-municipales","tag-naucalpan"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v25.3 -
