El gobierno municipal de Nezahualc\u00f3yotl, anunci\u00f3 esta ma\u00f1ana la instalaci\u00f3n permanente del Programa Permanente *”En Neza Seguridad en Bici”*.<\/p>\n

Lo que fue un programa emergente, a ra\u00edz de los problemas de desabasto de gasolina, hoy se convirti\u00f3 en una opci\u00f3n real contra el combate a la delincuencia.<\/p>\n

Una reducci\u00f3n de casi un 28% en los diversos delitos, a ra\u00edz de la aplicaci\u00f3n del uso de la Bicicleta, como medio de movilidad para los polic\u00edas, motiv\u00f3 a las autoridades municipales a tomar la decisi\u00f3n de instituir este modelo de seguridad para la poblaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n

As\u00ed mismo, para garantizar que est\u00e1 opci\u00f3n se realice de manera profesional, el ayuntamiento de Nezahualc\u00f3yotl, solicit\u00f3 al experto en el uso de la bicicleta, Josafath ser el responsable de capacitar a los m\u00e1s de 200 polic\u00edas considerados para el grupo de Ciclopolic\u00edas.<\/p>\n

El capacitador, quien actualmente presta sus servicios en el municipio de Aguascalientes, en d\u00f3nde, desde 1999 llevan esta pr\u00e1ctica de seguridad en bicicletas, compartir\u00e1 sus conocimientos con los polic\u00edas de Nezahualc\u00f3yotl durante un mes.<\/p>\n

Para el experto, el mayor beneficio del uso de la bicicleta en materia de seguridad, es la proximidad con la ciudadan\u00eda, el tiempo de respuesta a una emergencia y el sigilo con el que laboran, lo que da mejores resultados en el combate a la delincuencia.<\/p>\n

El alcalde Juan Hugo de la Rosa, mencion\u00f3 que aparte de capacitar a los polic\u00edas en el uso de la bicicleta, se seleccionar\u00e1 a un grupo de los m\u00e1s calificados para que a su vez ellos reciban instrucci\u00f3n m\u00e1s especializada y as\u00ed convertirlos en capacitadores.<\/p>\n

Para el buen uso y mejor desempe\u00f1o de los polic\u00edas en su nueva labor, estos requerir\u00e1n Bicicletas de monta\u00f1a, casco de protecci\u00f3n, luces nocturnas, fornitura propia para polic\u00edas, chalecos livianos, y kit de herramientas, son parte del equipo que deben portar los polic\u00edas en Bicicleta y la recomendaci\u00f3n de cobertura de 2 kil\u00f3metros a la redonda por binomio o trinomio.<\/p>\n

Con la implementaci\u00f3n de este programa, se pretende que incluso se tenga un ahorro en el consumo de gasolina, hasta en un 30% y la vida \u00fatil de las propias patrullas.<\/p>\n
