{"id":4209,"date":"2019-02-21T15:11:08","date_gmt":"2019-02-21T21:11:08","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/volcanes.net\/?p=4209"},"modified":"2019-02-21T15:11:08","modified_gmt":"2019-02-21T21:11:08","slug":"vinculan-a-proceso-a-tres-sujetos-por-un-asalto-a-una-tienda-departamental-en-tlalnepantla","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/volcanes.net\/?p=4209","title":{"rendered":"VINCULAN A PROCESO A TRES SUJETOS POR UN ASALTO A UNA TIENDA DEPARTAMENTAL EN TLALNEPANTLA"},"content":{"rendered":"<div style=\"margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px;\" class=\"sharethis-inline-share-buttons\" ><\/div><p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span lang=\"ES-TRAD\">La Autoridad Judicial con sede en Tlalnepantla inici\u00f3 un proceso legal en contra de tres sujetos identificados como Johan Jaret \u201cN\u201d, Hugo Antonio \u201cN\u201d y Emmanuel \u201cN\u201d, despu\u00e9s de que el Agente del Ministerio P\u00fablico acredit\u00f3 su probable participaci\u00f3n en el delito de robo con violencia en agravio de una tienda departamental.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"ES-TRAD\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">En d\u00edas pasados, estos tres sujetos habr\u00edan ingresado a una tienda Coppel de la colonia San Rafael, en el municipio de Tlalnepantla, en donde amagaron con un arma de fuego a los empleados del lugar y luego sustrajeron 55 tel\u00e9fonos celulares, seis tabletas electr\u00f3nicas, un video juego y diversas mochilas. Por este asalto fue iniciada la carpeta de investigaci\u00f3n respectiva.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"ES-TRAD\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Cabe mencionar que d\u00edas despu\u00e9s fueron detenidos estos individuos cuando ten\u00edan en su poder parte de la mercanc\u00eda robada, as\u00ed como un arma de fuego, al parecer empleada para cometer el asalto.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"ES-TRAD\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u00a0Los detenidos fueron presentados ante el Agente del Ministerio P\u00fablico, quien los remiti\u00f3 ante un Juez, autoridad que determin\u00f3 vincularos a proceso, con un plazo de un mes para el cierre de investigaci\u00f3n, sin embargo se les debe considerar inocentes hasta que sea dictada una sentencia condenatoria en su contra.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"ES-TRAD\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u00a0La Fiscal\u00eda General de Justicia estatal hace un llamado a la ciudadan\u00eda para que en caso de que reconozca a estos individuos como probables part\u00edcipes de alg\u00fan otro il\u00edcito, sean denunciados a trav\u00e9s del correo electr\u00f3nico\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:cerotolerancia@edomex.gob.mx\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">cerotolerancia@edomex.gob.mx<\/a>, al n\u00famero telef\u00f3nico 01 800 7028770, o\u00a0\u00a0bien, por medio de la aplicaci\u00f3n FGJEdomex, la cual est\u00e1 disponible de manera gratuita para todos los tel\u00e9fonos inteligentes de los sistemas iOS y Android.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La Autoridad Judicial con sede en Tlalnepantla inici\u00f3 un proceso legal en contra de tres<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":4210,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"footnotes":""},"categories":[1],"tags":[92],"class_list":["post-4209","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-municipales","tag-tlalnepantla"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v25.3 -
