VALLE DE CHALCO, M\u00e9x.- La decisi\u00f3n para el posible cambio de nombre de Valle de Chalco solidaridad, no est\u00e1 en manos de la ciudadan\u00eda, sino, corresponder\u00e1 realizarlo solamente al Congreso del Estado de M\u00e9xico, luego de un profundo an\u00e1lisis que llevar\u00e1 tiempo, se\u00f1al\u00f3, Juan Carlos Soto Ibarra, diputado local por este municipio, al fijar su posicionamiento respecto a los resultados de la consulta ciudadana que el gobierno local promovi\u00f3, para cambiarle el nombre a este municipio.\n<\/div>\n
Ante medios de comunicaci\u00f3n el legislador, coment\u00f3 que de acuerdo al art\u00edculo 115 que habla de la autonom\u00eda de los municipios, la propuesta, se puede realizar a trav\u00e9s de sesi\u00f3n de cabildo en acuerdo y solicitarla al Congreso; sin embargo, el gobierno local involucr\u00f3 a la ciudadan\u00eda a este movimiento, que seguramente tuvo un costo econ\u00f3mico.<\/div>\n
\u201cSoy respetuoso de las determinaciones del gobierno local pero el gobierno tendr\u00e1 que responder acerca de los destinos de m\u00e1s de 500 millones de pesos que la legislatura autoriz\u00f3 para gasto corriente de este municipio\u201d, afirm\u00f3 el diputado.<\/div>\n
Explic\u00f3, que la consulta ciudadana realizada ayer domingo no era necesaria, pues de acuerdo al art\u00edculo 115, que dicta acerca de la autonom\u00eda de los municipio, los regidores pueden hacer la petici\u00f3n al Congreso; sin embargo, el gobierno no lo consider\u00f3 y sugiri\u00f3 realizar foros de an\u00e1lisis para que los diputados tengan mayor conocimiento y deliberar acerca del nombre del municipio 122.<\/div>\n
\u201cEs posible que haya otras variantes en el nombre del municipio y no s\u00f3lo como el gobierno propuso, pero hay mucho camino que recorrer, la propuesta se est\u00e1 gestando\u201d, sostuvo el diputado y agreg\u00f3 que como habitante de este municipio impulsar\u00e1 las iniciativas de ley que mejor convengan para el beneficio de los habitantes de Valle de Chalco.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
