{"id":482,"date":"2018-01-16T22:21:04","date_gmt":"2018-01-16T22:21:04","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/volcanes.net\/?p=482"},"modified":"2018-01-16T22:21:04","modified_gmt":"2018-01-16T22:21:04","slug":"asegura-fiscalia-estatal-a-tres-personas-con-armas-y-droga-en-nicolas-romero","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/volcanes.net\/?p=482","title":{"rendered":"Asegura fiscal\u00eda estatal a tres personas con armas y droga en Nicol\u00e1s Romero"},"content":{"rendered":"<div style=\"margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px;\" class=\"sharethis-inline-share-buttons\" ><\/div><p style=\"font-weight: 400\">\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><em>Durante el operativo de detenci\u00f3n, se registr\u00f3 un enfrentamiento ya que\u00a0<\/em><em>Agentes de la FGJEM, fueron agredidos a balazos.<\/em><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><em>A los detenidos les fueron aseguradas dos armas de fuego, as\u00ed como m\u00e1s de 400 cartuchos \u00fatiles de diversos calibres.<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\"><strong>Toluca, M\u00e9xico, 16 de enero de 2018.-<\/strong>\u00a0En un operativo realizado en el municipio de Nicol\u00e1s Romero, en el que se registr\u00f3 un enfrentamiento a balazos, Agentes de Investigaci\u00f3n de la Fiscal\u00eda Especializada en Homicidios del Valle de Toluca, de esta Fiscal\u00eda General de Justicia del Estado de M\u00e9xico (FGJEM), detuvieron a tres personas, dos de ellas mujeres, quienes son investigadas por los delitos de homicidio en grado de tentativa y contra la salud.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Los detenidos fueron identificados como Cristian Erick \u201cN\u201d, de 26 a\u00f1os de edad, as\u00ed como las hermanas Andrea \u201cN\u201d, de 18 a\u00f1os, y Mar\u00eda In\u00e9s \u201cN\u201d, de 19 a\u00f1os.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Estas personas fueron aseguradas en la colonia Vicente Guerrero, en el municipio de Nicol\u00e1s Romero, lugar donde Polic\u00edas de Investigaci\u00f3n realizaban un operativo para combatir la comisi\u00f3n de hechos delictivos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Cabe mencionar que al percatarse de la presencia policiaca, uno de los detenidos dispar\u00f3 un arma de fuego en contra de los Polic\u00edas de Investigaci\u00f3n, quienes repelieron la agresi\u00f3n. Posteriormente este individuo intent\u00f3 huir al lanzarse hacia una barranca, sin embargo fue detenido, al igual que sus c\u00f3mplices.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Durante la movilizaci\u00f3n fueron aseguradas las siguientes armas, cartuchos y droga:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\">Un fusil de asalto, calibre 7.62 mm. \u00a0de los denominados cuerno de chivo.<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\">Una pistola tipo rev\u00f3lver, calibre .38 especial<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\">124 cartuchos calibre 7.62 mm.<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\">100 cartuchos calibre 9 mm.<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\">3 cartuchos calibre .45 mm<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\">201 cartuchos calibre .22 mm<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\">Un cargador para calibre .45 mm<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\">22 equipos telef\u00f3nicos<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\">2 chalecos anti balas<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\">3 bolsas con marihuana, haciendo un total de un kilogramo.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Derivado de lo anterior estos individuos fueron presentados ante el Agente del Ministerio P\u00fablico, autoridad que inici\u00f3 la carpeta de investigaci\u00f3n respectiva, y habr\u00e1 de determinar su situaci\u00f3n jur\u00eddica, sin embargo se les presume inocentes hasta que sea dictada una sentencia condenatoria en su contra.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Cabe mencionar que esta Instituci\u00f3n investiga adem\u00e1s la probable participaci\u00f3n de Cristian \u201cN\u201d, en un triple homicidio registrado el pasado 29 de diciembre en el municipio de Nicol\u00e1s Romero, as\u00ed como en otras actividades delictivas en las que podr\u00eda estar relacionado.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 La Fiscal\u00eda General de Justicia estatal hace un llamado a la ciudadan\u00eda para que en caso de que reconozca a estos sujetos como probables part\u00edcipes de alg\u00fan otro il\u00edcito, sean denunciados a trav\u00e9s del correo electr\u00f3nico<a href=\"mailto:cerotolerancia@edomex.gob.mx\">cerotolerancia@edomex.gob.mx<\/a>, al n\u00famero telef\u00f3nico 01 800 7028770, o bien, por medio de la aplicaci\u00f3n FGJEdomex, la cual est\u00e1 disponible de manera gratuita para todos los tel\u00e9fonos inteligentes de los sistemas iOS y Android.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Durante el operativo de detenci\u00f3n, se registr\u00f3 un enfrentamiento ya que\u00a0Agentes de la FGJEM, fueron<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":483,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"footnotes":""},"categories":[1],"tags":[76],"class_list":["post-482","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-municipales","tag-nicolas-romero"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v25.3 -
