{"id":4962,"date":"2019-06-17T15:26:42","date_gmt":"2019-06-17T21:26:42","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/volcanes.net\/?p=4962"},"modified":"2019-06-17T15:26:42","modified_gmt":"2019-06-17T21:26:42","slug":"ineficaz-alcalde-de-cocotitlan-pierde-fefom","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/volcanes.net\/?p=4962","title":{"rendered":"Ineficaz alcalde de Cocotitl\u00e1n pierde FEFOM"},"content":{"rendered":"<div style=\"margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px;\" class=\"sharethis-inline-share-buttons\" ><\/div><blockquote><p>Alcalde de Cocotitl\u00e1n sin dar buenos resultados.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>El presidente municipal de Cocotitl\u00e1n hace el &#8220;Oso&#8221; al no lograr la gesti\u00f3n del Fondo Estatal de Fortalecimiento Municipal (FEFOM), antes PAGIM.<br \/>\nResulta ser que este recurso fue fortalecido por los diputados de la legislatura local mexiquense, y fue anunciada con bombos y platillos.<br \/>\nRecientemente el mismo alcalde de Cocotitl\u00e1n se tom\u00f3 una &#8220;selfie&#8221; en palacio de gobierno en espera de que el secretario de finanzas, le diera audiencia, sin embargo fue atendido solamente por el Subsecretario de Planeaci\u00f3n y Presupuesto, Roberto Inda Gonz\u00e1lez.<br \/>\nY no hay necesidad de el alcalde de Cocotitl\u00e1n ande &#8220;mendingando los recursos, pues las reglas de operaci\u00f3n fueron hechas p\u00fablicas el 31 de Enero del 2019 a trav\u00e9s de gaceta de gobierno.<br \/>\nLos legisladores mexiquenses anunciaron que el aumento al FEFOM, fortalecer\u00eda de manera directa a los municipios, sin embargo el alcalde se evidenci\u00f3 dejando al descubierto su incompetencia como alcalde, a pesar de llevar 3 a\u00f1os y medio, como presidente municipal, luego de que buscara la reelecci\u00f3n y ganara.<br \/>\nMuchos son los funcionarios que repiten en el cargo como es el casi del director de obras p\u00fablicas, aun as\u00ed el municipio de Cocotitl\u00e1n qued\u00f3 sin posibilidad de acceder a este impoetante recurso.<\/p>\n<p>Hecho realmente bochornoso pues no pueden argumentar falta de experiencia. Recientemente se dio a conocer que la policia municipal de Cocotitl\u00e1n no contaba con las certificaciones correspondientes, a lo que el alcalde dijo que se deb\u00eda a una operaci\u00f3n quirurgica del comisario de seguridad p\u00fablica, cuando esta funci\u00f3n le corresponde al secretario t\u00e9cnico de seguridad p\u00fablica.<br \/>\nAhora el alcalde da patadas de ahogado sobre los recursos que le fueron cancelados al municipio, sin embargo tuvo desde el 31 de enero del 2019 hasta el el 31 de mayo del mismo.<br \/>\nResulta increible que con &#8220;la experiencia&#8221; de Tom\u00e1s Su\u00e1rez Ju\u00e1rez, el municipio de Cocotitl\u00e1n halla quedado fuera del FEFOM, lo que se va a reflejar en afectaciones directas a los ciudadanos de este municipio, al dejar de hacerse obra p\u00fablica importante.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Alcalde de Cocotitl\u00e1n sin dar buenos resultados.
