Con la participaci\u00f3n de vecinos, autoridades auxiliares y del comisariado ejidal de Tlapacoya se llev\u00f3 a cabo una jornada de reforestaci\u00f3n del parque ecotur\u00edstico del Cerro del Elefante. El comisario ejidal de Tlapacoya, Clemente Mecalco, inform\u00f3 que en este lugar ser\u00e1n sembrados entre 5 mil \u00e1rboles y plantas de siete especies diferentes.<\/p>\n

La reforestaci\u00f3n, dijo, se llevar\u00e1 a cabo en diferentes d\u00edas con cuadrillas de 50 a 60 personas porque en esta zona hacen falta \u00e1rboles. Explic\u00f3 que por las caracter\u00edsticas de esta \u00e1rea semides\u00e9rtica ser\u00e1n sembrados, pirul, capul\u00edn, acacia, tepoz\u00e1n, huizache, nopal y maguey.<\/p>\n

Se\u00f1al\u00f3 que la gesti\u00f3n para la donaci\u00f3n de estas especies se hizo ante la Protectora de Bosques del Estado de M\u00e9xico (Probosque). Posterior a la reforestaci\u00f3n, coment\u00f3, se dar\u00e1 el cuidado y mantenimiento necesario para que los \u00e1rboles sobrevivan, sobre todo durante el tiempo de sequ\u00eda.<\/p>\n

El Ayuntamiento de Ixtapaluca, indic\u00f3, a trav\u00e9s del Organismo P\u00fablico Descentralizado de Agua Potable, Alcantarillado y Saneamiento proporciona el agua potable que se requiere para su riego.<\/p>\n

Clemente Mecalco inform\u00f3 que el parque ecotur\u00edstico del Cerro del Elefante funciona s\u00e1bados y domingos con todas las actividades recreativas que el lugar tiene: la tirolesa, el reto, los juegos infantiles y los asadores. El comisariado ejidal dijo que al parque han llegado visitantes extranjeros provenientes de Canad\u00e1, Cuba y Guatemala.<\/p>\n

En promedio, detall\u00f3, suben al parque ecotur\u00edstico entre 400 y 500 personas, en su mayor\u00eda son familias quienes visitan el lugar para disfrutar de una sana convivencia; para ni\u00f1os y ni\u00f1as tambi\u00e9n representan un espacio de esparcimiento, recreaci\u00f3n y para practicar el senderismo.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
