{"id":7163,"date":"2020-06-03T10:15:13","date_gmt":"2020-06-03T16:15:13","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/volcanes.net\/?p=7163"},"modified":"2020-06-03T10:15:13","modified_gmt":"2020-06-03T16:15:13","slug":"denuncian-proliferacion-de-gaseras-clandestinas-en-distintos-municipios-del-edomex","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/volcanes.net\/?p=7163","title":{"rendered":"Denuncian proliferaci\u00f3n de gaseras clandestinas en distintos municipios del Edomex"},"content":{"rendered":"<div style=\"margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px;\" class=\"sharethis-inline-share-buttons\" ><\/div><p>En los \u00faltimos meses la Asociaci\u00f3n Civil Conciencia Ciudadana denunci\u00f3 \u00a0el incremento de estaciones clandestina \u00a0de gas en municipios del Estados de M\u00e9xico como Chimalhuac\u00e1n, Ixtapaluca, Chicoloapan, Nicol\u00e1s Romero, Los Reyes La Paz, Chalco y Ecatepec.<\/p>\n<p>Ante ello, \u00a0el presidente de la organizaci\u00f3n, Israel Santana, explic\u00f3 que se trata de espacios sin uso de suelo, estudio de impacto ambiental y licencia de funcionamiento, adem\u00e1s de que no cuentan con protocolos de seguridad.<\/p>\n<p>Adem\u00e1s coment\u00f3 que las estaciones que m\u00e1s preocupan, son la que se encuentran cerca de escuelas, hospitales y viviendas, por lo que se\u00f1al\u00f3 que las autoridades deben proceder a su clausura y desmantelamiento.<\/p>\n<p>Cabe mencionar que Conciencia Ciudadana lleva m\u00e1s de cinco a\u00f1os luchando contra la proliferaci\u00f3n de gaseras o gasolineras ilegales.<\/p>\n<p>Santana inform\u00f3 que ya presentaron quejas y denuncias ante el Instituto de Verificaci\u00f3n Administrativa, la direcci\u00f3n Operaci\u00f3n Urbana en Toluca, la coordinaci\u00f3n Protecci\u00f3n Civil y en la Fiscal\u00eda General de Justicia del Estado de M\u00e9xico y como medida de presi\u00f3n, la organizaci\u00f3n ha realizado algunas manifestaciones e incluso cerr\u00f3 avenidas de Chimalhuac\u00e1n, Ixtapaluca y Chicoloapan.<\/p>\n<p>Israel Santana reconoci\u00f3 que la presi\u00f3n ha permitido que algunas estaciones de carburaci\u00f3n fueran clausuradas, pero no pasan ni 24 horas cuando son reabiertas, pues rompen los sellos.<\/p>\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, las gaseras clandestinas no cumplen con la Norma Oficial Mexicana 025, que indican que deben ubicarse a una distancia m\u00ednima de 300 metros con respecto a centros hospitalarios, educativos y de transporte.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>En los \u00faltimos meses la Asociaci\u00f3n Civil Conciencia Ciudadana denunci\u00f3 \u00a0el incremento de estaciones clandestina<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":7164,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"footnotes":""},"categories":[1],"tags":[265],"class_list":["post-7163","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-municipales","tag-grupovolcanes"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v25.3 -
